No. The guarantee is limited to qualifying Retreat, Serenity, Celeste, and Elements private-label products. Motorization alone does not create eligibility.
Can all four private-label collections be motorized?
Yes. Your designer confirms the exact product, motor, size, power, controls, and written eligibility.
What warranty applies to other products?
Products outside the qualifying private-label collections retain their applicable manufacturer warranties and Southwest service terms.
Are covered-claim service fees charged?
Southwest states that covered claims do not include trip, service, or hidden fees, subject to the written guarantee and claim terms.
