Las Vegas Motorized ShadesLutron keypads and remotes · Las Vegas
The control should feel as considered as the shade.
A beautiful motorized shade is only half of the experience. The keypad, remote, scenes, app, and voice control should make the room easy to use—and they should look at home beside the architecture.

Physical controls make the system clear for everyone in the home.
Why physical controls still matter
A good system never makes you search for your phone.
Apps and voice control are convenient, but the room should also work for a guest, a child, a caregiver, or anyone walking in with their hands full. We plan a clear everyday control first, then add schedules, scenes, app access, and voice where they make life easier.
Lutron control families
Different controls suit different rooms, systems, and design expectations.
You do not need to memorize the product names. We use them to narrow the right direction after we understand the shade system, lighting, construction, finishes, and how your family wants to use the room.
Pico
Pico can be handheld, placed on a tabletop, mounted to a wall, or used in a car visor. It is often the most familiar way to give every person in the home an obvious physical control.
Sunnata
Sunnata brings a clean keypad format, an illuminated light bar, and configurable buttons to compatible professionally planned systems.
Palladiom
Palladiom is designed for rooms where the keypad is part of the finished architecture. Polymer, metal, and glass directions allow the control to coordinate with other visible details.
Alisse
Alisse uses solid brass and softly illuminated halos. It is a deliberate design element for premium rooms—not a plastic switch that happens to operate the shades.
Aviena
Aviena combines a weighted toggle action with hand-finished solid brass. It is intended for compatible HomeWorks projects where the feel of the control matters as much as its appearance.

PalladiomArchitectural metal, glass, and polymer directions for compatible systems.

PicoA flexible wireless control that can be handheld, tabletop, or wall mounted.

Scenes at the wallOne labeled button can coordinate shades and lighting without opening an app.

From one room to the whole home
A scene should reflect what you are trying to do.
Morning, privacy, entertaining, movie, and goodnight scenes are useful because they turn several small actions into one familiar choice. In this Henderson room, coordinated shades and drapery manage a tall wall of glass without asking the customer to operate every opening individually.
We plan which shades move together, which controls belong in each room, and what should happen if the internet or a voice assistant is unavailable.

Straight answers
Questions about Lutron shade controls.
Do all Lutron controls work with every Lutron shade system?
No. Control families, shade systems, processors, wiring, programming, and software versions must be selected as one compatible system. We confirm the exact combination before anything is ordered.
Can one keypad control both the lights and the shades?
Yes, on a compatible professionally programmed system. A single scene can coordinate shade position and lighting so the room changes together.
Do I still need a physical control if I use an app or voice assistant?
We usually recommend an obvious physical control. Guests, children, caregivers, and anyone without the app should still be able to use the room easily.
Can I choose the engraving and finish?
Available engraving, button layouts, materials, and finishes depend on the control family and system. We review those choices as part of the design and technical specification.
Who handles programming?
That responsibility is defined before ordering. Depending on the project, programming may involve Southwest, a Lutron-qualified integrator, or the home's existing technology professional.
